A: We are located 1.5 miles from Downtown St. Augustine and the historic district.

Q: Where does your shuttle stop and how often does it run?
A: The shuttle runs to downtown historic St. Augustine and Vilano Beach every 20-30 minutes from 10 AM until 10 PM, daily.

Q: Do you have onsite parking? Is it included in my room rate?
A: Yes, all of our parking is on-site and included in your room rate.

Q: I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
A: If your reservation was not made directly through our hotel, you must contact your online travel agency.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date without penalties. After this grace period, you are responsible for one night’s charges. This includes no-shows and early departures.

Q: Is a picture ID required at check-in?
A: A valid, government-issued picture ID must be presented at check-in and must match the name on the credit card.

Q: What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?
A: Guests must be 21 years or older with valid identification to reserve and check into our hotel.

A: We have rooms with one king bed and two queen beds in a few varieties; standard, pet-friendly and deluxe.

Q: What amenities do the rooms offer?
A: Our rooms feature laminate wood floors, microwave, mini-refrigerator, coffeemaker, alarm clock, and flat-screen television.

Q: Do you have connecting rooms?
A: We do not have adjoining or connecting rooms. If available, we can always offer to assign rooms next to each other.

Q: Do you have accessible rooms?
A: Yes, we do. These rooms feature roll-in showers with support bars.
